What to include in your message
- A short subject line that says what the message is about — for example “Report problem”, “Refund question”, or “Privacy request”.
- If your message is about a report or an order, include the report link or your order reference. Please do not send your full resume again unless we ask for it.
- If you are reporting an error on a page, include the page URL and the exact text you believe is wrong.
- If you are making a privacy request, say so in the subject line and tell us what you want — access, correction, or deletion. See the Privacy Policy for the rights available to you.
- Send only the personal information we need to help you. Never send government ID numbers, card numbers, or passwords.
How long a reply takes
We aim to respond within a few business days. Vinqi is run by an individual developer, so replies can take longer during busy periods, and there is no 24/7 support line.
What we can help with
- Problems with the free ATS checker or the paid career document package.
- Payment, order, or refund questions.
- Privacy requests, including access, correction, and deletion of your data.
- Corrections to facts or errors on our pages.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help with
- Legal advice. Vinqi is not a law firm and cannot give legal advice. We cannot advise on immigration, visas, employment contracts, workplace disputes, or discrimination. Please consult a qualified lawyer or licensed adviser for your situation.
- Guaranteed outcomes. We cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or salary results, and we cannot influence an employer’s decision.
- Individual coaching. We cannot review your resume by hand or provide one-to-one career coaching.
