These terms govern your use of vinqi.com, including the English pages under /en/. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are and what the service is
Vinqi is operated by an individual developer under the brand “Vinqi” at vinqi.com. The service includes a free AI-assisted resume review and ATS keyword analysis tool, and a paid AI-generated career document package. You can contact us at contact@vinqi.com.
AI-assisted outputs
Analysis and writing on this site are AI-assisted. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not fit your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting everything before you use it. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or salary outcomes, and we do not guarantee that any document will pass an applicant tracking system.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You must have the right to submit any resume, job description, or other content you provide, and you must not submit another person’s personal data without their permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit content you do not have the right to share, or another person’s personal data without their permission;
- use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, discriminatory, or harmful;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its output as your own product;
- reverse engineer the service, or attempt to bypass payment, usage limits, or other controls;
- use the service to create misleading material or to misrepresent your experience.
We may suspend or refuse access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service you asked for, including sending it to the AI model providers described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Payments and refunds
The paid package is sold through a third-party payment platform, whose own terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are handled case by case through the payment platform used for the purchase. Because the package is generated and delivered digitally, a refund may not be available in every case — but contact us and we will review your situation. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure, or that any output will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Vinqi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory consumer rights you have.
No guarantee of outcomes
Vinqi is a self-help tool. We do not guarantee that using it will result in an interview, a job offer, a promotion, or any particular salary. Hiring decisions are made by employers and recruiters over whom we have no control.

The site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services, including hosting, AI model providers, advertising, and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties. See the Disclaimer and the Cookie Policy.

Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, and curated datasets are owned by the operator or used with permission and are protected by copyright and related laws. You may not copy or republish them except as allowed by law. You keep ownership of your own content.
Changes to the service and to these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
